Dear Parents/ Guardians,
In July 2021, Governor Newsom signed Assembly Bill 104 (“AB 104”) which addresses student retention, grade changes, and graduation requirements. Mojave Unified School District will comply with AB 104 as detailed here.

En julio del 2021, el gobernador Newsom firmó el Proyecto de Ley 104 de la Asamblea (“AB 104, por sus siglas en ingles) que aborda la retención de estudiantes, los cambios de grado y los requisitos de graduación. El Distrito Escolar Unificado de Mojave cumplirá con AB 104 como se detalla aquí.
