CLASSIFIED (Non-Teaching) JOB OPENINGS
Application Process:
For all classified job openings, the process of posting open positions and selecting a candidate for hire follows Article IX. Vacant Positions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (contract) between the Mojave Unified School District and the California School Employees' Association (CSEA) Chapter 138.
All open positions are offered to current classified employees (CSEA Members) for the first seven (7) work days of the posting period.
If the position is not filled internally either by a transfer or promotion, it will then be open to anyone who wishes to apply.
When indicated, applications for specific positions are only accepted through EdJoin.
Please carefully read the entire posting and attached job description prior to applying.
Indicate the position number and the classification (title) of the position on your application.
Current employees are not required to submit a new job application; however a letter of interest is required.
Passage of the corresponding standardized employment test is required for a candidate to be considered. The test will be focused on the knowledge, experience, training, and abilities necessary to successfully fulfill the duties of the specific position/classification. The test may be in written, computer and/or performance based format.
Applicants who previously passed the current test for the position, with a score of 70% or higher, will not be required to retake the test each time they apply.
Applications and Letters of Interest for an opening expire once the position has been filled.
For further information, please review the current MUSD/CSEA Bargaining Agreement.
